I’m originally from Zionsville, IN and I’ve also lived in a variety of other places: Savannah Georgia, Chicago Illinois, and Vail Colorado. Coming home to Indy in 2014 was an easy decision, high quality of life is available to everyone and there is a strong sense of community wherever you go.
I have a BFA in Graphic Design from The Savannah College of Art & Design. This allows me to produce unique marketing materials for each home I list. Few other REALTORS® in Indiana can offer this level of customization. Social Media is also an extremely important catalyst in today’s Real Estate industry. A lot of younger agents say they use social media but they don’t truly understand how to produce results. I have spent years and tens-of-thousands of my own dollars to discover what targeting criteria works, in turn allowing me to grow a highly refined audience of followers. This ensures we’re marketing to people that are likely to be interested in your home and actually capable of purchasing it.
I understand buying and selling Real Estate can be extremely stressful. My main goal is to make it a painless and smooth process while also getting you the most value for your time. The techniques passed down to me are proven, efficient and crucial in Indiana’s aggressive Real Estate market. Combining their techniques and my technical savvy allows me to go above and beyond the normal buying and selling experience.

I see sellers mistiming peak sell season by overpricing their home or delaying the listing process, only to be regretful they did not take my advice from the start.
